Meet the Chef

Tailgate Ted is the Executive Chef of the Hail BBQ Crew. Ted comes up with a menu each week based upon the cuisine of the visiting team. The menu on average consists of at least 10 unique dishes that are all prepared onsite at the stadium. Ted and the crew have fed over 15,000 hungry NFL fans over the past 15+ years.
Ted has been able to combine his passion of cooking and love for the Washington Redskins into weekly appearances on Fox 5 DC as well as NBC Washington.
Ted was inducted into the Pro Football's Ultimate Fan Association in 2014 and into the Tailgating Hall of Fame in 2016.
